Standard Time and Material
$35.00 Travel fee plus $90.00 per hour. One hour minimum plus parts.
Full Service Maintenance
Contracts include parts, labor, travel charges and annual preventive maintenance for a set monthly charge. Quoted per listed equipment. Standard maintenance covers all parts, labor and trip charges for all hardware breakdowns listed in the agreement. It eliminates all repair liabilities and assures you total protection against extensive downtime.
On Site Per Call
Same day service, parts, labor trip will be billed on a per incident basis.
Depot Service
Customer will bring their equipment to our depot location. They will receive a free estimate, after approval, equipment will be serviced. Customer will be billed at a reduced labor rate plus cost of the parts.
Network Support
TCS is a Novell authorized dealer and provides Sales, Services and Support for all Novell and Microsoft server applications. Our standard program covers all existing hardware including cabling, connectors and emulation cards and software.
Preventive Maintenance
TCS will do a complete inspection, adjustment and cleaning of all equipment listed. An annual preventive maintenance is iincluded with maintenance contracts. Customers set up the appointments.
Block Hour Contracts
Block Hours reduce your maintenance and repair costs by 30% or more. Purchase service hours in advance and save over standard time and material cost. The best part is they NEVER EXPIRE! You can purchase as many hours as you like, in advance and know that you are covered at a fixed rate! Parts billed seperate at a reduced price and their is no travel charges. Block Hour contracts are available in 5 hour increments with a 10 hrs minimum.

Software
TCS will work in cooperation with system users and software vendors to solve user and software problems.
Upgrade Ability
If a part of a system under contract needs to be replaced, the customer has the option of upgrading the equipment to a higher level for the price difference.
